J&K Colleges Admission 2025 : New Registration Start - New Timeline

Revised Admission Timeline from Round 3 Onwards for FYUGP / Integrated PG (2025-26) – J&K Higher Education

The Department of Higher Education, J&K has released the revised timeline for Round 3 onwards admissions to the Four-Year Undergraduate Programs (FYUGP) and Integrated PG Programs (IG) for the academic session 2025-2026.

These changes follow the CUET result declaration and aim to facilitate fresh registrations, preference editing, and allotment for both CUET and Non-CUET colleges.

🔁 Round 3 Admissions Schedule

🔷 Round 3 for CUET Colleges (As per Annexure A & C)

Allotment of leftover seats based on 10+2 merit:

📅 Dates: 22nd to 24th July, 2025

• Fresh registrations for candidates who missed earlier rounds.
• Option to edit preferences for already registered candidates.
• Allotment of leftover seats: 27th July, 2025
• Last date for fee payment: 30th July, 2025

🔷 Round 3 for Non-CUET Colleges (As per Annexure B)

On-Spot College Admission based on 10+2 Merit:

📅 Dates: 22nd July to 5th August, 2025

• Registered students can choose any Non-CUET college for direct admission.
• Fresh applications required; colleges will prepare subject-wise merit lists.
• Document verification & admission to be done at the college level.
• Candidates can apply for admission during this period directly.

• If seats in a major are below the prescribed limit, students may be shifted.
